Who says meatloaf can’t be special? Just try our recipe… In a large bowl, combine: 2½ lbs fresh ground turkey (or beef), 1 small yellow onion (diced), 1 medium red bell pepper (diced), ½ cup plain breadcrumbs, ½ cup Beet ISH, ½ cup BBQ sauce, 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, ¼ teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper, 1 egg (beaten). Use hands to mix thoroughly & evenly, then place the mixture in non-stick loaf pan. For added flavor, score top of loaf and drizzle extra horseradish. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven and let cool for 1 hour.

Cut into ¾-inch slices and serve.
