A delicious marinade that couldn’t be any easier! In a ziploc bag, combine 2 tablespoons Garlic ISH, 2 tablespoons tamari/soy sauce, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon olive oil, and 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt. Mix well and add 2 portobellos or 1 lb of skirt steak. Refrigerate. Marinate for 30 minutes to 3 hours — ideally, at least 1 hour. (If possible, shake bag/mix 1 or 2 times during marinade.) Remove mushrooms/steak from bag, drizzle with marinade and grill.
