A fresh & healthy way to prepare tuna… Lo-fat, lo-cal and high flavor! Combine in a bowl:

  • 5 oz solid-white Albacore tuna (drained, from can); break apart with a fork
  • 4 tsp Beet ISH
  • 7 tsp fresh dill (chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 Tbsp nicoise/calamata olives (pitted & chopped)*
  • Mix together and serve.

* Capers may be substituted for olives.
