Don’t have a panini maker? Just do it the old-fashioned way — with a pan… Take 2 slices of bread (roughly ½” thick), and spread butter on one side. Take one of the slices, and on the non-buttered side, spread Beet ISH; cover with roast beef/turkey. Cover the non-buttered side of the second slice of bread, with a layer of Jarlsberg cheese; top with lettuce. Combine 2 halves to make one sandwich. Heat in pan/panini maker until bread is toasted and cheese is melted. (If using a pan, be sure to flip the sandwich over to get it toasty on both sides.) Enjoy!
