Killer potatoes that are oh-so-easy-ISH to make… Boil 2 lbs of potatoes in salted water. Once potatoes are soft, remove from water and peel. Smash potatoes and add 1 stick of butter, 1 cup of milk, ¼ teaspoon of kosher salt, ½ teaspoon of black pepper, 1/3 cup of shaved parmesan cheese, and 3 tablespoons of Citrus ISH. Mix well. (If you like fluffy mashed potatoes, blend ingredients together in a food processor.) Heat for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Let sit for 5 minutes and serve.
* You can substitute Beet ISH and the result is equally delicious… just a little pink!
